A PRAYING NORTHERN DYNASTY WARRIOR 废墟中的南北朝武士

An infantryman from the Northern and Southern dynasty period ( 420-589 A.D.) came across a destroyed building, and decided to investigate the ruins. He discovered a ceramic toy on the charred ground, perhaps belongs to a child used to live in this place. He sit down and pull out a Bhuddist beads, and start to pray for the victims. Bhuddism first introduced to China around the Eastern Han dynasty (1st-3rd Century A.D), and started to became widespread around the Northern and Southern dynasty period. Wars and chaos that lasted for hundreds of years during this time could be the main factor for people to accept Bhuddism, which believe in a better next life.
